We love the traditional colours of 'Sapphire Beauty'. The violet flowers are marked with distinct yellow stripes. Quite the jewel!
This variety of Iris, known commonly as Dutch Iris, bears its flowers in late spring which is ideal when you're trying to fill the gap between early spring and early summer flowers. Their stalks are very sturdy which makes them excellent as cut flowers. We suggest planting them in groups in rich, well-drained soil for best effect.
