All the items in our catalogue have been inspected for quality and are supplied by the best growers in the business. Bulbs and plants definitely respond better when they are put in the ground right away, remember they are living things and need the natural elements to survive and thrive. We love to ship our products all across Canada - it’s what we do best!
Our products are top quality and in great condition at the time of shipping. If this is not the case when they arrive at your door, please let us know right away so that we can take care of you with a credit or refund. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Please do not throw away any plant items until we’ve had a chance to speak with you, it’s ever so helpful if we can figure out what happened with the product. Let’s be honest, things can happen that are totally unexpected when you’re dealing with live plant products, but our promise to you is that we will treat every case on an individual basis and do our very best to make your Botanus experience a great one.

Botanus account holders have the opportunity to earn Botanus Rewards which are redeemable on your next order with us! Rewards are based on individual order amounts before shipping and taxes. Rewards are earned as follows: $100 order earns a $5 credit, $150 order earns a $7 credit and $250 order earns a $10 credit. Botanus Rewards can only be redeemed using our online ordering system. You will not be able to earn Botanus Rewards during our end of season sales. If you choose to cancel your order for which you have earned Botanus Rewards, the reward amount will also be cancelled.
Orders are charged and reserved for you on the day we receive them so don’t delay, remember we won’t ship until it’s the right time for you to plant.
If you wish to cancel an existing order before we ship it to you please contact us and we will arrange for a credit or refund to your account. A 12% + applicable tax(es) restock fee may apply.
After shipping, if you have a problem with any plant you have received from us, please do not return the plant to us. Instead we ask that you contact us right away so that we can discuss the issue and offer you either a credit or refund.

To take advantage of all the promotions we offer, including Botanus Rewards, credits and gift cards, please use our online ordering system to place your order(s).
15% HST will be charged on shipments to NB, NL, NS & PE. 13% HST will be charged on shipments to ON. 7% PST + 5% GST will be charged on shipments to BC. All other provinces and territories will be charged 5% GST. Note: For orders shipped to BC, 7% PST tax is not applicable to edibles such as fruit, vegetables & seeds.
We process credit card payments as soon as your order has been placed. We accept most major credit cards, Interac, Paypal as well as personal & company cheques and money orders. Make your cheques payable to Botanus Inc. dated the day of ordering. We do not accept post dated cheques. There is a processing fee for NSF cheques and please don’t mail cash.
It is not possible to make order additions or edits. Please ensure that your order is complete at the time of placing it.
Botanus credits and gift cards can only be redeemed by using our website ordering system. We are no longer able to redeem credits and gift cards with orders placed by phone, fax, email or snail mail.
Gift Cards are emailed immediately upon payment. If you have not received it, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder. If a specific send date has been requested it will be emailed to the recipient on that date.

Separate seed orders will be shipped via regular post upon receipt of order. Our Spring shipping season begins mid April (approximately) and carries on through May. We ship plants according to your climate zone which means we will send it to you when it’s time for you to plant.
If you would like any non-plant items such as our Organic Body Care Products, Tools, etc shipped earlier than in the spring season please order these items separately and we will ship them to you as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to get your order out to you in a timely manner, but remember there are some things even we cannot predict or prevent. Rest assured you are our most important consideration!
Due to strict agricultural laws we're unable to ship our products outside of Canada. All orders are shipped complete. Orders are shipped via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. Separate seed orders are shipped regular post. Order pick up is not available.
