Dahlia ‘Rip City’ is a dramatic decorative dahlia prized for its velvety, deep burgundy to near-black blooms, often appearing almost black at the centre and softening to rich wine-red at the edges. Its fully double flowers, typically 4–6 inches wide, create a bold, moody statement in garden beds and floral arrangements.
